Texas Legislative Update

The 88th Texas State Legislature has come to an end. We are now involved in a special session having to do with how property taxes will be administered and, of course, the House and Senate have different ideas. What finally results will affect us as property owners. Listed below are bills that passed the legislature this year that are related to our military members, veterans, retirees and their families.
